The process of registration for a Section 8 company involves the following steps –
- We help the applicant to obtain a name from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
- We guide the applicant to draft the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
- Then, the applicant should obtain the DIN and DSC of the proposed directors.
- We guide the applicant to file its application with the ROC.
- After which, The ROC shall process the application and may require more information or documents as deemed necessary.
- Upon satisfaction, the ROC will issue the Certificate of Incorporation and the Section 8 Company will be registered.
